The Bridge to Higher Consciousness Academy (BHCA)
Refund, Access, Transfer & Digital Use Policy for Pre-Recorded Courses

The Bridge to Higher Consciousness Academy (BHCA) provides high-quality pre-recorded courses, classes, and workshops designed to support spiritual growth, energetic development, and intuitive education. Because all offerings include instant or scheduled access to digital content—including downloadable written materials—the following policy applies to all purchases.

1.  All Sales Are Final
     By purchasing any BHCA digital course, class, or workshop, you agree that:
     * All sales are final.
     * No refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed.
     * This applies to all regular-priced, discounted, and pre-launch purchases.

     Digital course materials (PDFs, manuals, worksheets, guides, etc.) cannot be returned once accessed. Therefore, refunds cannot be          granted once digital materials have the potential to be opened or downloaded.

2. Course Transparency & Previews
     BHCA ensures students have clear and detailed information before purchasing:
     * Course previews or sample lessons
     * Full course summaries
     * Instructor profiles and credentials
     * Complete module lists and content descriptions
     Because previews and documentation are offered before checkout, BHCA is unable to issue refunds due to personal dissatisfaction          or change of mind.

3. Access Duration
     Students retain access to purchased courses for the entire operational lifetime of BHCA, as long as:
     * The academy continues to operate, and
     * BHCA retains legal rights to host the course content.
     If a licensed instructor discontinues their agreement with BHCA, the academy may be required to remove or retire the course.                  
     Whenever legally permitted, students who previously enrolled will retain access. If content removal is contractually required, BHCA          will notify affected students.

4. Digital Content Structure
     Streamed Video Lessons
     * Videos are not downloadable
     * Access is provided through secure streaming to protect intellectual property
     
     Downloadable Written Materials
     Courses may include downloadable:
     * PDFs
     * Manuals
     * Worksheets
     * Charts, diagrams, guides
     * Supplemental files
     Once these files are opened or downloaded, they cannot be revoked or returned, which is why refunds are not available.

5. Course Transfer (Conditional)
     A purchased course may be transferred to another person only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
     * The student has not started the course
     * No streamed videos have been accessed
     * No downloadable materials have been opened or downloaded
     * The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase
     * The new recipient agrees to BHCA’s terms and policies
     If any content has been accessed—or if any downloadable materials have been opened or downloaded—the course becomes non-          transferable.

6. Course Exchange Within 24 Hours (Conditional)
     Within 24 hours of purchase, a student may request to switch to another BHCA course only if ALL of the following conditions are              met:
     * The original course has not been started
     * No streamed videos have been accessed
     * No downloadable materials have been opened or downloaded
     * The student pays the difference if switching to a higher-priced course
     * BHCA cannot refund price differences for lower-priced courses  
     After 24 hours—or once any streamed video has been accessed or any downloadable materials have been opened or downloaded—        the purchase becomes final and non-exchangeable.

7. Pre-Launch Purchases
     Pre-launch purchases offer discounted pricing before the official release.
     * Pre-launch purchases are non-refundable
     * Access activates on the release date
     * Downloadable materials (when applicable) become available upon release

8. Academy-Initiated Cancellations
     If BHCA permanently cancels a course before release and cannot provide access at a later date, students will receive a full refund.
     
     If a course is canceled or retired after release, BHCA will make reasonable efforts to maintain access for enrolled students when                legally permitted. Refunds are not issued after content is made available.

9. Policy Acceptance
     By enrolling in any BHCA digital course, you acknowledge and agree that:
     * All sales are final
     * No refunds are offered
     * Videos are streamed only and not downloadable
     * Downloadable materials cannot be returned
     * No exchange or transfer is permitted once any downloadable materials have been opened or downloaded
     * Access is provided for the operational lifetime of the academy
     * Licensing agreements may affect access if legally required

 This policy is effective immediately and applies to all BHCA digital offerings.
