Meet "Wizard" Morgen Drake

Hi! My wizard name is Morgen Drake.

I am an omnist. Omnism is a path that recognizes all spiritual paths as legitimate, containing elements of truth and wisdom regarding reality and the divine. Therefore, I support tolerance and inclusivity.

I draw from wisdom I’ve learned directly from nature as well as what I have learned from myriad paths. Brief history of magical education I began my magical education at twelve. As I did not have a teacher at the time, I learned directly from nature.

Once I was 18, I was free to explore outside the confines of my family’s beliefs and at the age of 21 I found my teacher, Merlin of Manitou. From him I learned the essence of magic and how to make magical tools. I’ve been making magical tools for 15 years.

I did go to college and obtained my Associate of Science. While in college I found that the knowledge I obtained from the sciences enriched my spiritual path. My approach to magical education Science explores the mechanics of how our universe works. Spirituality is the art of how we connect to the universe, living things, and people around us.

My approach is grounded, pulling from the knowledge historians, archaeologists, anthropologists, and mythologists have collected from our ancestors to build an understanding. Just like someone who wants to learn oil painting must learn how the paint, turpentine, and linseed oil work together. The painting you make is up to you.

I will give the distillation of my knowledge supplemented with resources you can explore on your own time, should you be interested in diving deeper on your own. I will give some of my methods as inspiration. Please don’t take them as law for your spiritual journey.
